In what is quickly becoming a very crazy transfer window, it appears that Everton are set to try and bring in both Morgan Schneiderlin and Memphis Depay in one fell swoop from Manchester United (Sky Sports). Jose Mourinho apparently has no desire for either man to play very much, and both appear to be eager to move on and play football.
Everton are rumored to be pursuing both players, but according to Sky Sports’ Ben Ransom, Everton were initially interested in only a loan for the Dutch international winger. This has, allegedly, led Manchester United to declare that they will only accept an offer for the young star-to-be if it were a permanent move.
It’s being said that Nice are also interested, you know the club with the outrageous Mario Balotelli leading the line. As far as this rumor goes, it looks somewhat plausible. Koeman would be interested in bringing in a young winger now that Bolasie will be out for around a year. But, will Everton be able to fork out all of that money at once?
To bring in Lookman, Schneiderlin, and Depay in one window would be a substantial move. Can’t see this Depay move happening as of yet, unless United change their minds on the loan.
