Manchester United are set to complete the deal to bring Paul Pogba back to Old Trafford within the next 48 hours, according to the Guardian.
The report suggests United have made a new bid of €100m plus €10m in add-ons for Pogba, which Juventus are ready to accept if the English giants agree to pay Raiola’s €20m fee and another €5m if Pogba signs a contract extension at Old Trafford in the future.
United are believed to be in advanced discussions with Mino Raiola about his €20m fee.
Raiola reportedly inserted a 20% sell-on clause in Pogba’s contract when the Frenchman joined Juventus 4 years ago.
Pogba, who’s still on vacation in the United States, is thought to be waiting for the green light to undergo his Manchester United medical.
It seems like Pogba is on the verge of returning to Manchester United for a world-record fee that would eclipse Gareth Bale’s €100m move to Real Madrid three years ago.
United are said to be determined to secure Jose Mourinho’s fourth summer transfer target before the start of the season next weekend and it looks like they’ll succeed.
