Sky Sports and Football Whispers are striking again, and this time their evaluations show that Mahmoud Dahoud is the most probable player to become a Red.
Just to refresh your memory, because I believe it’s hard for you to follow all these rumours changing daily: Dahoud is currently a member of Borussia Mönchengladbach. He’s a 20-year-old midfielder, and his style of play is something Jurgen Klopp would appreciate very much.
He’s enthusiastic, he runs a lot, and he has some skills with the ball in his feet, too. Simply put, Dahoud is one of those all-round midfielders which every club needs.
He appeared 44 times for Borussia Mönchengladbach last season (32 league appearances), and he managed to score 5 goals along the way. You must agree that’s pretty good score for someone born as late as 1996.
Anyway, Football Whispers suppose (and we should agree with them) that Dahoud is a type of player Klopp likes the most: All-round, young, and willing to work.
He would be a good asset to the Anfield club, should they sign him, and he could become a very good midfielder under Klopp’s guidance.
