Daley Blind looks forward to the FA Cup Final, as it is a huge game for him and his teammates. He believes they have got a big chance to finish this season with a Title. “If you play for a club like united, you want to play at the highest level, challenge for trophies and win trophies. It’s something we will win and we will fight for it. It’s close to our hands and now we have to grab it,” said the Dutch international.
Daley Blind insists that every team in a cup final is a big side and they will have to fight for it. Blind admits they need to be at their best to overcome Crystal Palace and get their hands on the Title.
“You can never underestimate a team in a final, anything can happen. So we have to make sure we are on top form and at our best and prepare well to win the game.”
Blind casts back his mind to Anthony Martial’s goal against Everton in the semi-final when they celebrated with the fans. For him, it was an amazing moment as that led to a sudden outburst of feelings for them and the fans who have stood by the team through the tough times. He insists they need to win this Title for the fans and pay them respect.
