Barcelona Strongest Possible Lineup vs Sevilla: Roberto, Vidal and Turan to start in a 4-3-3

Nou Camp

Barcelona have all but sealed their place in the quarter finals of the Champions League after claiming a fine 2-0 away victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night and the treble dream for the Catalans is seemingly increasingly attainable with every passing week.

Now Barcelona prepare to matters at hands in the league and with title challengers Real Madrid and Atletico squaring off against each other this weekend, manager Luis Enrique will feel that his side have a great chance of further extending their lead at the top of the table this weekend.

It will not be easy though as Barcelona prepare for a clash against Sevilla on Sunday night and they will most certainly have to play extremely well in order to claim another victory from the clash.

Here is the probable Barcelona starting lineup for the clash –

Goalkeeper

With Marc-Andre ter Stegen having featured in the Champions League, Claudio Bravo will be taking his place between the sticks for Barcelona this weekend in the La Liga clash against Sevilla.

Barcelona are most certainly lucky to possess two world class goalkeepers and Bravo will now be keen on keeping a clean sheet after failing to do so during the last few matches.

Defence

Enrique’s first choice defenders are Gerard Pique, Javier Mascherano, Jordi Alba and Dani Alves, and it looks likely that the quartet will keep their place in the starting lineup this weekend as well following an impressive performance against Arsenal.

If indeed Enrique decides to change things around, Aleix Vidal is likely to come in for Dani Alves while the likes of Thomas Vermaelen, Jeremy Mathieu and Marc Bartra will be hopeful of featuring as well.

Midfield

Ivan Rakitic, Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets started at the Emirates on Tuesday night and were imperious at the middle of the park as usual.

Enrique does tend to change his midfield around though and it will not be a surprise if Iniesta and Busquets are handed a rest in favour of starting the duo of Arda Turan and Sergi Roberto.

Attack

Lionel Messi weaved his magic over Arsenal by grabbing a wonderful brace against Arsenal and it is simply a joy to watch the Argentinean superstar join forces with Neymar and Luis Suarez to consistently destroy opposition defences.

The trio will be certain to start against Sevilla as well and one can expect more fireworks from the Catalan holy trinity.
