Manchester United are ready to reignite their interest in signing Thomas Muller by offering him a whopping contract of around €400,000-per week, according to reports from Fichajes (as cited by The Sport Review)
Manchester United’s terrible season took another turn for the worse after they suffered an extremely disappointing 1-0 defeat at the hands of Southampton at Old Trafford on Saturday and following the result, many expect manager Louis van Gaal to depart the club.
Despite van Gaal’s future at United being in doubt though, it has not stopped a host of players being linked with a move to Old Trafford and now according to reports from Spanish outlet Fichajes, it has been claimed that the Red Devils are now set to reignite their interest in signing Thomas Muller.
Muller has long been a target for United but it seemed like the Red Devils would not be able to sign the striker after he put pen to paper on a new five year deal with Bayern Munich last month.

However, the contract extension has not put off United from their pursuit of Muller and it has now been claimed by Fichajes that the fallen Premier League giants are set to once again ramp up their pursuit and are hopeful of luring the German international to Old Trafford by offering him a whopping weekly contract of €400,000.
