Manchester United and Liverpool are all set to face each other in a transfer battle with Danish wonderkid Emre Mor as the trophy, according to reports.

Mor, who  plays as a forward for FC Nordsjaelland, is known to be one of the most talented young players in European football. Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been known to hold him in high regard and rumour has it that the former Borussia Dortmund coach was monitoring Mor’s growth and advancement while he was still coaching back in Germany.

The Daily Mail have claimed that he still wants to bring the eighteen-year-old to Merseyside but any efforts to bring the player in will not be very easy as Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal wants to get him to Old Trafford instead.

Reports seem to suggest that United are the frontrunners in this race simply due to the massive lack of in-form attacking options that they have. United are in desperate need of goals, but being one for the future, Mor is not expected to be thrown into first team action immediately.
