Manchester United are eyeing a stunning double swoop for Julian Draxler and Arjen Robben for a fee of around £100million, according to reports from the Daily Express
Manchester United have missed out on many of their targets such as Pedro, Sergio Ramos and Nicolas Otamendi over the summer but club vice executive Ed Woodward has remained bullish about the fact that his side are still confident of landing ‘bigger’ targets.
Draxler could join United
With only a few days to go before the end of the transfer window, United and Woodward most certainly have to move quickly in order to sign their alleged targets and according to reports from the Daily Express, it has been claimed that the Red Devils are planning a stunning swoop for superstars Julian Draxler and Arjen Robben.
Draxler’s future at Schalke has been subject to constant speculation this summer and it was recently reported that the attacking midfielder has made up his mind that he wants to leave the VELTINS Arena after rejecting a contract extension.
Arjen Robben linked once again with United
A move to Juventus had been seen on the cards for Draxler but it can now be revealed that United are looking to swoop in for the German international by making a bid of around £35million.
Another star who has been linked once again with United is Arjen Robben. It is no secret that van Gaal is a keen admirer of Robben’s abilities and the Express claims that the Red Devils are planning a ridiculous £73million swoop for the Dutch winger.
