After one season with Real Madrid, reports are coming in that German footballer Toni Kroos wants out of Spain. Inside Spanish Football reported that Paris Saint-Germain has given thought to making a move for Kroos, which sparked the initial reports that he no longer wanted to play for Real.

The Daily Express reported that Liverpool (among other EPL teams) should be on high alert after hearing that Kroos is looking for a new club, but Paris Saint-Germain seemed to be the favorite early on.

However, the Liverpool Echo reported that Brendan Rogers is set to make a £35 million bid for Kroos, which is no shock to fans of the Reds.

The club has been throwing money left and right to get ready for the 2015/2016 EPL campaign, and once there were rumors of Kroos being unhappy at Real, Liverpool was ready to swoop in with an offer.

Kroos had been pretty stable in his playing career until last season, playing for Bayern Munich from 2007-2014 and representing in the past two World Cups. After becoming the ninth German to ever suit up for Real, Kroos signed a six-year deal in July 2014, which makes it interesting that he wants out so soon.

While The Metro has already reported this move as a done deal, Paris Saint-Germain is still very much in the running, with Arsenal, Manchester United (even with their full midfield) and Chelsea waiting in the wings. Kroos aims to make a decision soon but for now, signs are pointing to Anfield.
