One of the most promising players for Liverpool and the league so far has been Raheem Sterling. The young 19-year old has made waves throughout Europe and several big clubs such as Real Madrid have shown interest in him. On another note, Mario Balotelli has yet set to make a significant contribution to the team. His lack of goals could be attributed to his style of play, which is static compared to the rest of the team.
Injuries have also been a concern for the squad in the past couple of weeks. The absence of Daniel Sturridge certainly left an impact on the club’s performances, since they desperately needed a constant threat inside the box. With Sturridge’s return this week against QPR, the Reds may be able to turn things around and get on the right path.
