Radamel Falcao and Daley Blind were added as the final pieces in the puzzle for Manchester United on transfer deadline day and the arrival of the two players brought the Red Devils’ summer spending up to over £150million.
Both Falcao and Blind have been seen as very useful additions to the ranks at United and many are expecting the duo to make a huge impact at Old Trafford.
A world class striker, Falcao will add firepower to the United attack while Blind’s wonderful versatility will mean that the Dutch international will offer manager Louis van Gaal various options across midfield as well as the back four.
Following a delay due to the international break, Falcao and Blind were finally unveiled by the club yesterday and the two players expressed their desire to bring United back to the top once again.
The duo also walked on to the famous Old Trafford pitch for the first time and fans will be hoping that both Falcao and Blind can achieve led the club glory at the ‘Theatre of Dreams’.
