Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Last season should have been the season that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain got himself off this list. When he did play, he had an important impact on the game, such as against Liverpool in the FA Cup and against Crystal Palace. Injuries derailed his season unfortunately.
Chamberlain’s most important attributes are his strength, speed, control, and intelligence. These attributes allow him to play in multiple positions. He will push both Santi Cazorla and Walcott for the spots out wide, depending on where Alexis plays. He will also push all three starting midfielders for competition as he can play all three positions.
He is intelligent on the ball and off of it and knows how to create for himself and his teammates. His work rate is off the charts, which again, allows him to play in multiple positions.
Do not be surprised to see a front three line of Walcott, Alexis, and Chamberlain, ending games next season. All three players can finish, possess unbelievable pace, and are creative. Wenger will try and catch teams out in the last ten minutes using all three of these player’s attributes.
Chamberlain is poised to change games for Arsenal.
