A fantastic goal in the second minute of match, scored by Rosicky, proved to be a decider in the North London derby. The Gunners won three new points, and what is even more important for them, they are now only 4 points behind Chelsea (with one match less than the Blues).
The performance from Wenger’s squad was brilliant, bearing in mind that they were in Munich five days ago and their recent oscillation in form. But on Sunday, after victory over their biggest rival, everything is forgotten. The happiness of their fans can’t be described, but pictures and comments from players spoke more than anyone can describe. Both players that participated in the game (like Podolski, Mertesacker and Szczeszny) and injured ones (Ramsey, Wilshere and Ozil) shared announcements and pictures via social networks, and it is clear their joy is indescribable.

This victory can be the turning point for Arsenal. In the upcoming four weeks, they will face crucial games in the Premier League and FA Cup. They will face Chelsea, Swansea, Man.City and Everton, before the FA Cup semifinal against Wigan. A difficult period is in front for the Gunners, but perhaps, it is time for them step up and end the 9-year-long drought .
