During the weekend, Chelsea played and defeated Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. Although many expected that the brace from substitute Demba Ba would earn him the man of the match title, another player was the star in this match. With a goal and an assist, Samuel Eto’o reached a milestone in his career – his 300th goal as professional football player. Eto’o was very happy after the game, and he shared his joy with his instagram followers:

Apart from his personal record, media and fans got a special goal celebration from Eto’o. After putting the Blues in the lead, he ran to the corner flag and used it as a grandpa’s walking stick! Many of our readers know that just couple a days ago Mourinho was recorded saying that he thinks Eto’o was 32 or maybe 35 years old, and this was the response he got from striker. It really looks funny when you see this, especially because Hazard and Oscar were also laughing when they came to celebrate the goal.
Also, at the post match conference, Mourinho stated that the celebration was funny and he expected this kind of reaction from Eto’o.
