As the end of the season approaches, the battle for the Premier League title is something many football fans are looking forward to. The top four clubs in the standings are looking to have all of their players available in the upcoming fixtures; the return of Aguero for Manchester City could prove be a turning point for the Citizens.
Tuesday morning, Aguero was seen training with his teammates at Carrington training ground. Fellow forwards Dzeko and Negredo were having a tough time making up for his absence on the pitch, so the return of Aguero couldn’t have come in a better moment. Since the Argentinian limped off in the first half against Tottenham three weeks ago, Manchester City managed to score just three goals in five games in all competitions and those goals came from midfielders Toure, Nasri and Jovetic.
The upcoming games can be crucial for the Citizens’ season – they will play in the Capital One Cup final, in the FA Cup, the return leg of the Champions League against Barcelona, and Premier League matches on top of all that.
