After reports have sprung up in the media that Arsenal are ready to offer €30 million to Milan for Mario Balotelli, the fans quickly took to Photoshop to develop an awesome picture of Balotelli wearing an Arsenal kit. The photo has been making the rounds on Twitter and other social channels.
Supposedly, Puma, Arsenal’s new kit manufacturer, is so desperate to have a superstar wearing its brand, that they are willing to foot part of the bill for the Balotelli transfer. Furthermore, news of Balotelli’s struggles at Milan fuel the fire of a potential transfer to the north London side.
Sports Mediaset claims that Wenger has already met with Balotelli’s agent, Mino Raiola, so there might be some truth behing the rumours. Obviously, a summer acquisition for Arsenal of such a huge talent would be a welcome addition for the team. For now though, the Arsenal fans can dream about having a big star like Balotelli on their team, and the picture helps a little bit more.
P.S. The picture is photo-shopped from an ad that had Balotelli wearing Italy’s 2014 kit.
