The Puebla ownership decided to end Manuel LaPuente’s contract, and have assigned Ruben Omar Romano as the new head coach of Puebla.
The experienced Argentine-Mexican coach has the complicated task of taking a weak roster and trying to save the team from relegation. Chivas is a good opponent for Romano’s opening away match- a struggling opponent with an pressured head coach.

Chivas and Puebla have been playing sub-par this season, and are desperate to earn points. Galindo absolutely needs to win, as a loss against a weak Puebla would very likely leave him without a job. Romano wants to start off on the right foot, and an away draw at Chivas would be a fantastic result. Nonetheless, I believe that Chivas will rally around their coach and come up with a tight victory.
