Week 16 of the Liga MX is a decisive period for most teams, who must win in order to avoid being mathematically ineligible for the playoffs. Every game except for the Atlas vs Puebla match has some sort of playoff or Copa Libertadores spot at play. The highlight of the week is the “Clasico Regio” between Monterrey and Tigres, a true clasico that will actually fill up a stadium (unlike the Clasico Tapatio). Please note that all game times are an hour later than usual, due to the time change in Mexico.
