According to the Liverpool Echo, it seems Everton are still in contention for the signature of Borussia Dortmund winger Emre Mor.
However, a whole lot of other suitors are also still hoping they can get their hands on the Turkey international after a move to Inter Milan stalled.
The 20-year-old has only spent a season with the Bundesliga side, but is keen to move on in search of more playing time.
The Toffees have kept tabs on Mor all summer, but landing him is apparently an highly competitive endeavour.
The youngster’s agent Muzzi Ozcan claims: “Fourteen offers have been made for Emre Mor but Borussia Dortmund have yet to respond to any of the bids.”
Mor featured mostly as a substitute for Dortmund last term, managing just to score once in 12 total appearances, but he can do much more better if given the chance.
The Turkish winger is known for his blistering pace, dribbling and chances-creating abilities; some much-needed features on Everton’s flanks this term.
With Gerard Deulofeu gone and Yannick Bolasie not returning until December, getting Mor would make perfect sense for the Toffees. Only that beating 13 sides to his signature won’t be an easy feat.
