Transfer Report: Aston Villa Kid “would make a difference for Rangers”

Stilyan Petrov, former captain of Aston Villa Football Club, has stated that Rangers would do well to sign 18 year old striker Rushian Hepburn-Murphy from Aston Villa.

Rangers, who are currently doing the best they can on a tight budget, are keen to bring in quality players for as cheap as possible.

Petrov states that the young striker is a great talent- “Rushian is a very exciting young striker. He’s very quick and he would make a difference for Rangers”.  Rangers could sign the youngster, who is out of contract at the end of the season, on a free in the summer or now for a reduced price.

This looks like the kind of signing that Rangers need to be making.  Rangers need young players that they can develop in order to build that club back up.  Whether they help the club win or not isn’t as important as developing them to be sold for big profits later on.  This could help make the club rival Celtic once again in due time.
