Liverpool reportedly chasing key striker- 19 goals last season

According to Liverpool Echo, via German Rheinische Post, Liverpool’s boss Jurgen Klopp could be interested (once again) in signing Andriy Yarmolenko.

Vadim Shabily, Yarmolenko’s representative, used Instagram to post a picture of himself in Liverpool’s offices in London, and this move has just additionally fueled Yarmolenko rumours.

The twenty-six-year-old Ukrainian player is currently a member of one of the best clubs in his home country, Dynamo Kyiv. Last season, he managed to score 19 goals in 34 appearances, making himself one of Dynamo Kyiv’s key players.

These good performances must be the main reason for the Reds’ interest, but not the only one. Yarmolenko has been linked to Liverpool for a ling time, but it is still unclear why nothing happened from those transfer rumours. Maybe this time things are going to look different.

With a new boss and team-refreshing intentions for next season, we should expect a lot of new players coming to Anfield, but a lot of old ones leaving as well.
