The Daily Express have transmitted the words of the famous Italian agent Federico Pastorello, who believes that Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has already signed for Juventus despite no official statement has been released.
In a recent interview, Pastorello said, “Emre Can is a huge coup, even more so because he’ll arrive on a free transfer. Marotta and Paratici have done very well. Juventus are a club that attract champions, and important signals are coming from the German.”
The Old Lady have been chasing the 24-year-old star since last summer, and they have also tried to complete the deal this winter.
However, the Reds are reluctant to give up on their valuable first-team player without a fight. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is working hard to persuade the former Bayer Leverkusen man to extend his contract that is going to run out at the end of the season.
Unfortunately for him, Can seems to be preferring a move to Turin, especially after Giuseppe Marotta’s announcement, where he has claimed Juventus will do everything to bring the Germany international to Allianz Stadium.
As things stand, the Merseyside club have to start looking for Can’s replacement.
