Newcastle United target Nicolai Jorgensen has said that he feels that he has what it takes to succeed in English football.
Jorgensen was a target of the Magpies last month who had two offers rejected for him as they looked to add a new striker to their ranks.
The 27-year-old has been in good form this season as he has gone on to score nine goals and contribute three assists from 21 games in all competitions this season.
The Danish international has indicated that he feels that he has what it takes to succeed in the Premier League, however at the same time, he added that he will remain committed to Feyenoord till the end of the season.
He said: “As long as I play football here I will give everything for this club. If I continue to work hard, there will automatically be another club. Yes, I think I’m ready for a step to the Premier League. But I also know I must prove that here.”
