According to reports, former Everton manager Ronald Koeman is set to be named as the new manager of the Netherlands national team.
Koeman was sacked by Everton in October after a 5-2 defeat against Arsenal which left the Merseysiders in the relegation zone.
Koeman spent more than £140 million on bringing in new signings to Goodison Park during the summer and spent 16 months in charge of the club.
He did manage to lead the club to an impressive seventh place finish in the Premier League last season but they struggled to emulate the same kind of form this term. The 54-year old is now set to return to management with the Netherlands national team.
Koeman is regarded as a legend of Dutch football and went on to make 78 appearances for the Dutch national team during a distinguished career.
The Oranje are currently on a rebuilding phase after failing to qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
