According to Turkish newspaper Fotomac, Galatasaray are keen on having Everton striker Oumar Niasse on loan till the end of the season, with an option to buy also part of the deal.
The 27-year-old is keen on leaving for the Turkish giants despite attracting the interests of Premier League trio Brighton, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion.
The Toffees recently brought in Cenk Tosun from Besiktas for £27million, and could be recouping £13million from the sales of Niasse to Galatasaray.
The arrival of the Turkey international striker means more limited playing time for his Senegalese counterpart who now seems surplus to requirements.
Niasse is open to a move to Gala having once played for Akhisar Belediyespor where he scored 15 goals in his only season at the Super Lig outfit.
There are plans to make him Bafetimbi Gomis’ striking partner at the club, and with a World Cup approaching, the west African will relish his chances of making his team’s squad by playing regularly elsewhere in the remaining 5 months left of the season.
