According to The Scottish Sun, Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson is keen on adding Celtic striker Moussa Dembele to his squad this month as he seeks attacking strength.
The ex-England boss believes the 21-year-old French starlet can be a long-lasting goalscoring solution for the Eagles following their return of just 21 goals in 23 Premier League games this term.
Dembele is wanted by a host of English topflight sides, but Brighton are the only ones currently tabling bids for the £20million-rated hitman.
Celtic aren’t too eager to cash in on the former Fulham man who has 2 years left on his deal after summer, but a very tempting offer could see them let him go this month.
Dembele is likely to be on his way out of Parkhead after the end of the season should he remain beyond this month, and it seems manager Brendan Rodgers is already keeping an eye out on a replacement despite looking to make the loan deal of PSG’s Odsonne Edouard permanent.
