Everton striker has not been subject to a bid says journalist

Well-known football Journalist Guillem Balague has said that Sevilla have not made any offer for Everton striker Sandro Ramirez.

After failing to impress since his arrival at Goodison Park during the summer, Sandro has been linked with a move away from the club, with Sevilla and Valencia reportedly interested.

The Spanish forward has managed only three Premier League starts this season and he has scored only one goal which came during the Toffees 5-1 thrashing at the hands of Atalanta in the Europa League.

The Toffees signed Cenk Tosun from Turkish club Besiktas this weekend and this is likely to result in Ramirez further slipping down the pecking order at the club.

Balague has claimed that Sevilla have not yet made an approach for the player while he added that Valencia are no longer interested.

“Re. Sandro,” Balague told Sky Sports when asked about Sandro to Sevilla speculation. “It is disappointing he hasn’t been given the proper opportunity.

“But anyway… Valencia were interested in him, so were Malaga, but Valencia now have Vietto, Malaga feel the player doesn’t want to come back, and Sevilla’s targets have changed under Montella.

“Under Berizzo, Sandro was on the list, but Everton have not received any approach from Sevilla.
