Liverpool fans appear to have come to terms with the fact that striker Daniel Sturridge is destined to leave the club.
Sturrdige is reportedly keen to leave the Reds in January in order to boost his chances of making the England squad for the World Cup.
He also appears to have slipped below youngster Dominic Solanke in the club’s pecking order.
Solanke was selected to start the Merseyside derby during the weekend while Sturridge did not even make the bench, which reports suggest was due to a slight hamstring injury.
As he is a proven scorer at the highest level, Sturridge is unlikely to be short of offers.
If one thing that line up does show is Sturridge is surely done as a red. Klopp rests Firmino for the derby and he misses out to Solanke. He’s away in January #LFC#LIVEVE#Sturridge

Who will buy #Ings for £20m?! Seriously, he is only worth £10m-£13m after those major injuries. #Sturridge could be potentially sold for around £23m-£26m and that is pushing it too. Anywhere near a COMBINED fee of £35m+ and we are loving it. Sell #Flanagan and #Marković too! #LFC
