According to a report published by Calciomercato, Liverpool will not be willing to give Barcelona any discounts for the signature of Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho became a priority target of the Spanish giants after Neymar joined PSG during the summer and they had many offers rejected for the Brazil international.
Barcelona have been tipped to once again attempt to sign Coutinho in January and they are fully aware that they will need to pay much more than €100 million. Coutinho has hardly hidden his desire to join Lionel Messi at Barcelona.
He handed in a transfer request to Liverpool during the summer in order to try and force through a move.
He also missed the first few games of the season for the Reds due to a supposed back injury, however some speculate that the real reason for why this happened was because he had been trying to force through a move.
