Liverpool boss Klopp hints at exodus of players from Anfield

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted that his club could be set to lose players during the January transfer window.

Speaking about the potential exits, Klopp said, “I cannot give an answer for that now. A lot of things could happen.

“Maybe one or two players will tell me they want to make a move and go somewhere else. If that happens then we would have to consider that and make our decisions. As long as we have the opportunity to do something then we should think about it.”

Daniel Sturridge has received limited game time so far this season and he is one of the players who has been linked with a move away from the club in January, especially as he still hopes to make the England team for the 2018 World Cup. Sturridge has been linked with a move to AC Milan.

Meanwhile another player who has been linked with a move away from the Reds in January is Philippe Coutinho.

Coutinho was linked with a move to Barcelona during the January transfer window and the Spanish giants had a number of bids rejected for him.
