As per Kosovan Football, Newcastle are keen on Red Bull Salzburg winger Valon Berisha ahead of the January transfer window.
The £12million-rated 24-year-old was targeted during the summer transfer window, and it has been confirmed that the Magpies have since kept tabs on him.
Berisha, a Kosovo international has scored 27 goals in 145 league appearances for the perennial Austrian champions over the course of the last 6 campaigns.

Leicester City also registered interest in Berisha’s services, whose ability to dazzle on the left wing and regularly escape his marker highlights of his game.
Newcastle lack depth on the wings, with injury to Christian Atsu limiting their creativity in the final third in recent games.
In Berisha, a one-time teenage trialist with Chelsea, Manchester City and Aston Villa, the Toons can land a quality backup and experienced wideman for their forward line.
However, competition for his signature can be expected by January given the many suitors likely keen on his signature.
