According to a report published by Don Balon, Spanish giants Barcelona are weighing up a possible January move for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen.
The outlet added that the Spanish giants now prefer a move for Eriksen over the likes of Philippe Coutinho or Mesut Ozil.
The rise of Eriksen has also gone hand in hand with the rise of Spurs as a team and the Dane is a key part of Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
There is certainly no way that Spurs will be willing to part ways with Eriksen in January unless it is for a world-record fee. Barcelona could have a better chance of signing Ozil for £20 million in January.
The German’s current deal with Arsenal is set to expire at the end of the season and he has not signed a new deal with the club which means that it is likely that he will join a new side next season.
