According to reports, Manchester City could be set to launch a bid for Liverpool star Emre Can during the January transfer window.
Can’s current deal at Anfield is set to expire at the end of the season and he has yet to commit to a new deal which has led to speculation that he sees his future elsewhere.
Can has been strongly linked with a move to Juventus during recent times where his fellow German international Sami Khedira is a key player.
However City have now been linked with him and Pep Guardiola’s team also boasts German players such as Leroy Sane and IIkay Gundagon which could make a move to the Etihad Stadium appealing to the player.
Since arriving at Liverpool in 2014, Can has gone on to make 143 appearances for the club and has scored 11 goals, establishing himself as a key player for the side in the process.
