According to reports, Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen is attracting interest from Turkish club Fenerbahce.
The Dutch international only arrived at the Toffees during the summer transfer window, however he has so far failed to live up to expectations and has made only four appearances in the Premier League thus far.
Fenerbahce are in the market for a new midfielder and have begun talks with Klaasen’s representatives over a possible deal.
The Turkish giants have employed Hasan Cetinkaya to negotiate with Everton as well as Klaassen and try and negotiate a deal.
Fenerbahce are expected to spend heavily during the January transfer window as they are also looking for a new left-back as well as a winger.
The lack of game time that Klaassen is getting will surely affect his confidence. Whether this move happens or not could ultimately depend on whether the new Everton manager will view him as part of their plans.
