Everton want this man appointed by Crystal Palace clash

According to reports Everton are stepping up their efforts to recruit current Burnley boss Sean Dyche as their manager and want him to be in charge of the club for their game against Crystal Palace which takes place later during the month.

The Toffees have been without a manager since parting ways with Ronald Koeman two weeks ago.  They are looking to trigger the £2.5 million compensation clause that Dyche has in his contract with Burnley.

It however does remain to be seen whether Dyche will be open to accepting the Toffees job considering that Burnley are doing well in the League this season.

Should the Merseyside club fail to recruit Dyche, they have however not ruled out the possibility of recruiting former West Ham and Crystal Palace manager Sam Allardyce.

Allardyce has a reputation for saving clubs from relegation and bringing out the best from players who are low in confidence and this could make him a good choice of manager.
