Sunderland receive a huge injury blow ahead of Bolton clash

Sunderland have received a blow as Tyias Browning has been ruled out of their crucial bottom of the table Championship clash against Bolton on Tuesday night.

Browning, who is at the Black Cats on loan from Everton, has yet to recover from a hamstring action which has ruled him out of his clubs past three games.

The Black Cats are currently in the relegation zone of the Championship and languish in 23rd position on the standings with just nine points from 14 games.

They will need to end their nearly ten long month record of not having won a League game at the Stadium of Light if they wish to avoid relegation.

Paddy McNair made a return to action during the weekend as Simon Grayson’s side were defeated by Bristol City. Marc Wilson is also slowly close to fully recovering from his groin problem.

Bolton are languishing at the bottom of the table and both sides will know that this is a good opportunity to get themselves points and try and improve their situations.
