According to reports, West Ham could be set to buy Lucasz Teodorczyk during the January transfer window for a bargain price of just £7 million.
Teodorcyzk is very talented and was on fine form last season as he scored 30 goals from 53 appearances for Anderlecht.
At 26, Teodorczyk is arguably now at the peak of his career and he will be a good signing for the Hammers considering the injury problems of Andy Carroll.
The Hammers have been misfiring this season but with a few good signings in January, they could improve their fortunes tremendously.
Being able to buy a striker who is at peak for £7 million is a bargain and the Hammers will not get many better opportunities than this. There is a high chance that this move will go ahead.
By bringing in an extra option, more competition will also be provided for the likes of Carroll, Javier Hernandez and Marko Arnautovic.
