Jermaine Jenas has revealed that he has never seen a player like Liverpool’s Adam Lallana.
The 29 year old Lallana started the season on a frustrating note after picking up a thigh injury at the beginning of August which is set to rule him out of action for a few months.
The Reds are currently enduring a frustrating run of form after winning just one of their past several games and some fans will surely just be waiting to see Lallana back in action.
He was after all, a key figure in helping Jurgen Klopp’s men finish in fourth position on the Premier League standings last season after scoring eight goals and contributing several assists from 31 matches.
Jenas has now revealed that he is a fan of Lallana, saying, “I don’t think I’ve seen a more balanced player in the recent era. He can go left to right… Sometimes I don’t know what foot he is playing with.”
