According to reports, Roberto Firmino and Ben Woodburn are in line to earn themselves new contracts with Liverpool.
Woodburn has been impressive since breaking into the first team towards the end of last season and recently scored on his senior debut for the Wales national team.
The 17 year old has been touted as a possible future superstar as well as somebody who could possibly succeed Gareth Bale as the face of Welsh football.
The Merseyside are set to offer Woodburn improved terms as he turns 18 later this month. This is a good move as it will prevent the youngster from being tempted by good offers to move elsewhere.
Since arriving at the Reds from German club Hoffenheim in 2015, Firmino has proven to be a reliable attacker and boasts 27 goals from 101 appearances for the club. Manager Jurgen Klopp clearly views the Brazilian as a key part of his plans going forward.
