Brendan Rodgers makes big admission about Celtic future

In what will be good news to Celtic fans, manager Brendan Rodgers has revealed that he is happy at the club. This boosts the chances that he could decide to remain at the club for the long-term.

In only his first full season in charge of the Hoops last term, Rodgers won the domestic treble unbeaten. His performance as a manager would surely have attracted the interest of big clubs across the World.

Under the former Liverpool and Swansea boss, the Scottish giants have also progressed to the group stage of the Champions League last season as well as this term.

Celtic will be favorites to win the Scottish League once again this season and Rodgers revealed that he is happy with the way things are going at the club. He said, “I am not up here to work on my next move from Celtic. I am here because of Celtic.

“I’m not really sure where it’ll take me after here but what registers for me is making the supporters here really proud and happy to watch their team.

“I love my life here in Glasgow, I enjoy working for this club and preparing my team along with my staff for us to win and win well. I am not overly bothered what it does for my CV.”
