Everton reportedly close to sanctioning transfer of 29-year-old

According to reports, Turkish club Fenerbache are closing in on a loan deal to sign Kevin Mirallas from Everton.

Mirallas was dropped from the Toffees squad for their most recent Premier League encounter against Chelsea and manager Ronald Koeman claimed that this was because he was not happy with the players’ attitude.

The Belgian has also since gone on to publically claim that he wished to join former club Olympiacos.

Fenerbache are said to be closing in on a deal after agreeing personal terms with the 29-year-old. They have also proposed a loan option with a view to buying next summer.

In addition to Mirallas, Fenerbache are also reported to be interested in signing another Everton outcast, Oumar Niasse.

Mirallas will know that he will need to play regularly if he wants to remain a part of Belgium’s plans ahead of the 2018 World Cup and there is now a good chance that a deal will go ahead.
