Ronald Koeman questions the attitude of Everton man

Everton boss Ronald Koeman has revealed that Kevin Mirallas was left out of his team that lost 2-0 against Chelsea on Sunday due to his attitude.

Mirallas has struggled to find game time this season and it now has become evident that he has dropped down the pecking order at Goodison Park.

It now appears that he is also not taking well to this and his behavior could further reduce the chances of Koeman selecting him this season.

The Belgian international Mirallas will know that he will need to play regularly this season if he wants to make the Belgium squad for the 2018 World Cup and this could be potentially contributing towards his frustration.

Whilst talking about the situation, Koeman said, “He was out because he is struggling to deal with moments in the season and was disappointed.

“Everybody can be disappointed. But I expect from everybody to be part of the team. If somebody is showing that he is disappointed and his attitude is not the same then I have to make decision.”
