Romelu Lukaku is set to make his Premier League debut on Sunday for Manchester United.
He will go into the game with a lot of confidence especially knowing that he boasts a good record against West Ham who are United’s opponents on the day.
Lukaku will be required to spearhead the Red Devils attack this season and there will be a lot of expectation on him following his £90 million move from Everton.
The form of the Belgian international is so good against the Hammers that he managed to score during his first nine games for Everton against them.
The 24-year-old’s streak against the East London club began on his Everton debut in 2013 when he scored the winner to secure a 3-2 win for the Toffees and it only came to an end during a goalless draw at the London Stadium this April.
Despite United losing 2-1 in the Uefa Super Cup against Real Madrid on Tuesday, Lukaku was on the score sheet, which will give him confidence.
