Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp makes admission which will delight the fans

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reiterated that Philippe Coutinho will not be leaving the club this summer.

The Brazil international Coutinho has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona as it emerged that Neymar could be set to move to PSG for a World-record deal.

While the 25-year-old Coutinho is said to be keen on a move to the Camp Nou, Klopp has once again insisted that no deal will be taking place this summer.

The 50-year-old Klopp said of the Coutinho situation, “If you say he is not available to be sold, where is the interpretation? The word ‘not’ means there is no interpretation. There is nothing new.”

The player also penned a new five year deal with the club in January, which could make luring him during the current transfer window difficult for the Catalan giants. It now looks like no deal will occur at least this summer.
