One of the most important news this Monday has been the decision of the UEFA to investigate incidents in the Champions League qualifications match which took place last week in Belfast.

In the clash between Linfield and Celtic, there were numerous situations which are set to be under disciplinary procedure.

Linfield is under the investigation because of the bad organization of the match. Their fans were throwing bottles on the pitch and even attempted an invasion. One of them even reached the field, but luckily he was quickly removed.

The Hoops on the other hand, had received five cards during the game, and they are currently being charged with the improper conduct of the team, while striker Leigh Griffiths has been accused of provoking the home fans as he tied up a scarf of his club to the woodwork on the stadium.

We are yet to see the final word by the European house of football and the decision will be known on 20th of July when the disciplinary board is set for a meeting.
