Latest odds released by popular Bookmakers SkyBet have suggested that Burnley striker Andre Gray has a 2/1 chance of joining Everton.
Newcastle United are second favorites to sign the second favorites to sign the 25-year-old Gray with 3/1 odds.
Gray notched 10 goals in all competitions last season from 36 matches. As there is just one year remaining on the strikers deal at Turf Moor, Burnely will likely consider selling if they receive a good offer.
Should Everton sign Gray, he will certainly be no replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who is expected to depart this summer, though he will be a good value for money signing.
While the Englishman is a proven goal scorer at Premier League level, he has certainly not shown signs of being a main striker for a club that is aiming to challenge for a Champions League place.
If the Toffees do manage to lure Gray, then they will also need to add in another striker as well.
