Costa Rican international Keylor Navas has been enduring a bit of a tough time of late at Real Madrid. But that hasn’t stopped interest in the 30 year old goalkeeper from mounting up.
According to AS, Liverpool are just one of the sides that are chasing the shot stopper at the moment. Along with the Reds, the report states that Manchester City, Manchester United, and Arsenal are all also interested.
Each side, save United, have had issues at goalkeeper so far this season. Liverpool are reportedly in search for a new goalkeeper after last summer’s signing Loris Karius has failed to live up to expectations. Simon Mignolet still looks unconvincing as well, so it’s possible a new goalkeeper could move to Anfield.
Navas would be a good one for Liverpool, no doubt, but this doesn’t look very likely. The Costa Rican is more likely to remain in Spain or move to Pep’s City if he does indeed move to another side in the summer transfer window.
