AC Milan star M’ Baye Niang is reportedly closing in on a move to England, according to Sky Sports. Liverpool, Everton and West Ham are said to be clubs interested in his services.
AC Milan boss Vincenzo Montella has confirmed that the 22-year-old could be allowed to leave Milan during the current transfer window.
It is believed that Liverpool and West Ham are the two most likely destinations should a transfer take place, however Everton and Crystal Palace are also credited with interest.
Interest from Everton is especially interesting given that as reported by Sky Sports, Everton took Niang on trial in the summer of 2012 in the hope of securing a deal but he instead chose Milan. The France U21 player has been with Milan since joining from French club SM Caen in 2012.
He has become a key player for the Italian giants and made 22 first team appearances this season notching three goals and two assists in the Serie A. Given that Montella himself has said that the player will leave, it is likely he will if the offer is right.
