According to reports from the Express, Liverpool are looking to give star man Adam Lallana a contract extension and a raise in order to stave off any potential interested suitors. The England man has always had promise, but this year has been his best-ever season as he’s found his goal threat from a deeper role.
It is reported that Liverpool will double his wages from 60K to 120K in order to keep the prying hands of Spurs’ manager Mauricio Pochettino, a former manager, away.

It’s also been rumored, elsewhere, that PSG were interested, so Liverpool will be a little anxious to get this contract signed.
This looks very likely to happen as Liverpool are in great form and needs to keep its star players. Lallana is the key to this Liverpool side.
He’s got the work rate for the pressing, the skill to help break down determined defenses, and the ruthless finishing to put teams away. He couldn’t possibly be let go of, so expect this to be done very soon.
