The Iceland vs Turkey UEFA Euro qualifying match will be broadcast live online and on TV as the Vikings host the Cresent-Stars at Laugardalsvollur this Tuesday, June 11, at 11:45 AM Pacific.

Iceland is currently third in Group H of the qualifiers with six points, but can catapult to second place with a win. The Vikings are coming off a 1-0 win against Albania, but did suffer a 4-0 loss to France before that.

The Nordic side was propelled to the three points against Albania with a goal by Burnley’s Johann Berg Gudmundsson and he will be one of the key players to watch in this clash. Everton’s Gylfi Sigurdsson will arguably be the most talented player on the pitch and he will also need to provide a strong performance to get past Turkey.

Turkey has been dominating Group H of the competition, currently in first place with three wins from three games and a massive goal differential of eight. The Cresent-Stars are coming off a massive 2-0 win against France and will look to keep that run of form going.

Roma midfielder Cengiz Under is one of the youngest and most talented players on the team with two goals is Turkey’s last three games. Most of Senol Gunes’ team plays domestically in Turkey, but there are some players that play in top leagues like Cengiz Under, Hakan Calhanoglu of AC Milan, Cenk Tosun of Everton and Enes Unal of Villareal.
